Priceline is having an epic 50% off ALL makeup sale today and tomorrow and that’s pretty incredible! They usually have a few 40% off makeup sales throughout the year but never 50%. So, I thought I would give you my top picks!
BOURJOIS HEALTHY MIX FOUNDATION
The Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation would have to be my favourite foundation from the drugstore. It’s a medium coverage and a natural finish. It’s a great foundation for dry and normal skin. With oily skin, you need to do a bit more prepping like using a long wear primer and a good setting spray but I like to use it when I know I’m not going to be wearing makeup for long or I am going for a more natural look. Read my full review on this foundation here.
NYX MICRO BROW PENCIL
This brow pencil has only become a favourite of mine since June. It’s a little hard to come by, always sold out online and not all Pricelines carry it so if you do see it, grab one! It’s a twist up (so no sharpening involved yay!) and it has a nice thin nib so you can get really precise. There is also a spoolie on one end which is handy.
ESSIE GEL COUTURE NAIL POLISH
A recent favourite of mine is the Essie Gel Couture Nail Polishes. What don’t I love about this range? Can’t think of anything actually! The formula is on the thicker side and creamy. Rock The Runway is THE perfect red for this Christmas season. They have incredible lasting power, just wearing at the tips slightly. How cool is the bottle design as well? The brush is nice and wide, just how I like it. Do yourself a favour and pick up a bottle!
MAX FACTOR FACEFINITY PRIMER
I have harped on about this primer for years now but I maintain it is the best long wearing primer I’ve tried that is affordable. It has a tacky finish so your foundation really grips onto it, making it last much longer. Great for oily skin gals out there!
MODELS OWN SCULPT AND GLOW HIGHLIGHTER
Finally, Models Own has been released in Priceline. I have been waiting for this exact product for months. The Models Own Sculpt and Glow Highlighter is blinding. The shade I have is “Golden Sand” (I know….who messed up in the naming department and called a pink toned highlighter “golden”??). While it is not the creamiest highlighter out there (like the Becca Skin Perfectors), it is still a pigmented, non chalky, non glittery, bright highlight that you need to be careful with unless you are going for the disco ball look.
So what are you thinking of picking up from the Priceline sale? I’ve got my eyes on a few things!
